I am going to get the Coins for Change Igloo Item and pop it in my igloo. Then, I will host a contest with my friends, and we will see who can donate the most coins! Fun to earn, and fun to give! I will run around Club Penguin, ringing my bell, wearing my scarf and treasured green turtleneck! To top it off, I will find Rockhopper, I will do a jolly dance with him!

Club Penguin Times Issue #217

Today is Thursday once again, and you know what that means! Aunt Arctic has released a brand new issue of the Club Penguin Times! Click here to read the new newspaper.

Starting tomorrow, Rockhopper will arrive to Club Penguin and you will be able to donate to Coins For Change when he arrives!

Starting on December 18, the Christmas Party will be here and will be at Club Penguin until December 27. It starts next week.

Also starting on December 18, there will be a Christmas Igloo Decorating Contest. You will only have 2 days to decorate!

Many penguins are gearing up for Coins for Change by earning coins from games. Starting Friday, we will be able to donate coins for Coins for Change! Happy77 interviewed Screenhog about how to earn Club Penguin coins the fastest way possible.

Q: Can you tell us any game secrets so we can collect coins faster?

A: There are games where bringing a certain color puffle will help you! There’s also the challenge of getting through Jet Pack Adventure without earning a single coin. There’s a big reward if you can do it.

Q: Any suggestions for penguins who want to do extra things to celebrate the season?

A: Well, Coins For Change is such a good time for helping others, so I’d suggest helping other penguins. Maybe if you see new penguins, give a tour! If someone’s looking for the pin, help them out. (Pssst… the in-pay is in the orest-Fay!)

Q: Are there other ways for penguins to celebrate Coins For Change?

A: There are lots of things you and your friends and family can do to make a difference for other people around the world! Volunteering some time is a good place to start. Let us know your ideas.

Club Penguin adds new Log in screen for The Christmas Party!

As you logged onto Club Penguin today, You may have noticed that Club Penguin has added a new log in screen for The Christmas Party 2009! This new log in screen informs us that there will be an Magic Sleigh ride for members only!

The Christmas Party starts December 18th and continues until December 27th. It looks like it is going to be tons of fun! Make sure to check back here when the party begins, We will have the ultimate guide.
